As you can see, he has gotten a lot bigger.Here Blake is on day 2 of life holding his pacifier. Notice that the pacifier is almost the size of his whole face:

He has also gotten a lot more bald. Day 1:
Today (He actually does have a little hair on top, it is just very thin and blonde.)
