Although there is no photographic evidence to prove it, Blake has started rolling over on occasion. He can only go from his tummy to his back. He can almost get all the way over from his back to his tummy, but he gets stuck on his side. He is almost 6 months old, but we were constantly told in the NICU that we need to base his development on his due date, not his actual age for the first year or so (we aren't really worried about it, but just in case some of you were wondering why he is just starting to roll over at 6 months, that is why). We actually went to a developmental specialist about a week ago and she did all these little tests, which basically determined that developmentally he is generally between a 4 and 5 month old. He is cruising right along!

How fun that he is starting to roll! And just for the record, Elise didn't start to roll until about 6 months and she wasn't even a premie, so I'm thoroughly impressed. There is definitely something to be said for fat happy babies who are content just laying there - I'd take another baby Elise over another baby Steven anyday (no favoritism intended, but you know what I mean).
